Not that anyone cares, or that I care if they do, but I just wanted to share.

My Science fair project this year is on testing the durability of condoms when exposed to heat, cold and friction. This is a continuation from last year. Last year I tested the same brand to see if it actually affected it. This year I am testing 3 different brands.

I did this by filling them with water and collecting the water when they broke. The one that held the most last year held and outstanding 22 LITERS of water. My results followed my hypothesis that the control group would be the strongest.

Many people wonder how this is important. Well I view it as a public health concern. This is because if we didn’t test the durability of condoms than the entire world would be at a higher risk of the spread of STDs and unplanned pregnancies. Its a public health concern.

Oh and I made it to the State science fair doing this project.
