To girls/guys who think this will help studies show that it actually causes you to GAIN weight. What happens is that the lack of food actually triggers parts of your brain and makes you more hungry and causes you to eat food that is less healthy. And all of this food is stored as fat because you starved yourself. Also your brain starts to eat other brain cells and your body starts eating away at muscle.
HOWEVER: the best way to lose weight is to actually eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day and drink a lot of water. The meals should be high in protein and low in calories. And your meal with the highest amount of protein should be after your workout.
Being skinny and having a 6 pack is having good genes. You don’t have to work for them. Having an actual 6 pack takes months of hard work. Sit-ups until you feel like you are going to die and then doing more. Eating healthy and working out regularly, That is what it takes to get a 6-pack.
